Brighton Le Sands offers a mix of foreshore apartments and family homes, each with its own access considerations.
Apartment buildings along and near The Grand Parade may have limited loading areas, lift bookings or strata rules for moving times. Houses in the surrounding streets can involve driveways, stairs or larger volumes of furniture. The Grand Parade, General Holmes Drive and Bay Street are the main routes through the area and can be busy, particularly on weekends and around airport traffic.

Vadim and Kosta were amazing. Raced up and down 3 flights of stairs in my older-style apartment on an oppressively humid summer afternoon (you know the little stairwells with the tight turns). No fuss and no drop in service throughout the 5 hours they were with us.
They took great care with our things, especially our irreplaceable Thiel CS6 speakers (shipped from the US and out of production now). They even noticed a loose glass panel we didn't know about and put it safely to the side before it could be broken.

The only problem is you have been to busy to notice that you have booked your removalist for 23 of November and only find out on the morning that you are about to move.
