Vadim and Kosta were amazing. Raced up and down 3 flights of stairs in my older-style apartment on an oppressively humid summer afternoon (you know the little stairwells with the tight turns). No fuss and no drop in service throughout the 5 hours they were with us.
They took great care with our things, especially our irreplaceable Thiel CS6 speakers (shipped from the US and out of production now). They even noticed a loose glass panel we didn't know about and put it safely to the side before it could be broken.

How much does storage cost?
Our current storage options start at $99 for the first week for a 10m³ unit, with ongoing weekly rates depending on the storage size you choose. Larger units are available up to 60m³.
Do I need to sign a storage contract?
No. The storage packages currently offered by Removalist At Your Door do not require a contract, giving you more flexibility if you’re unsure exactly how long you’ll need storage for.
Can you help move my belongings into storage?
Yes. Moving help is available with our storage packages. Speak with our team to request your quote and we can organise the moving assistance you need.
When can I access my belongings?
The current warehouse access hours are 9am to 6pm. If you’ll need access to your belongings while they’re stored, talk to our team beforehand so we can explain how access works.
How are my furniture and belongings protected in storage?
The current storage packages include insurance and state that furniture is protected using heavy blankets. Our team can also assist with packing and preparing items before they’re transported into storage.
